Hexagon Sashiko Coaster Kit. – this is a kit to make 4 Blue, White and Gold Sashiko coasters. Completely made by hand and so no machine is required ( in case you have no sewing machine). Stitched on to the front is a design made from hexagons and sewn in the Sashiko style, the coasters are then backed in a Japanese foiled cotton fabric. Both the front and back are 100% cotton as is the thread and the wadding on the inside is a thermalam one to help prevent from marking your table and to make them washable. The finished size of each is approximately 5 1/2″
Included in the kit – Plain white cotton, thermalam wadding, Japanese foiled cotton fabric, Sashiko/Embroidery thread, Needle, Template and Instructions.
