This is a kit to make 4 Christmas Snowflake Sashiko Coasters in Black with a silver snowflake design, plain white for the Sashiko and black thread for the snowflake design.
Sashiko is a ancient Japanese form of sewing that was originally used in mending. More recently it has become very popular in use home decor use . These Coasters are a great way to introduce yourself to this effective yet simple craft or indeed to add to your growing amount of Sashiko.
The kit contains all you need to make 4 coasters –plain white cotton for sashiko, thermalam wadding, black cotton thread, templates and Black cotton fabric with a silver snowflake design printed on.
