Description
This is a pattern to make an appliqued peg bag. It comes with all the templates and full instructions on how to construct the peg bag. I have included a hanger in with this pattern as a lot of people have been struggling to get them. To complete more of the bags you will need a small coat hangers (children’s sized) for each, 2 different fabrics one for the outer and one for the lining. You will also need some small scraps of fabric to do the applique and some bondaweb to fix the pieces in place, before you secure them with stitches. The hanger comes out for washing and I would class this pattern as suitable for a beginner. If you have not done any applique before it would be a great practice piece with it being a small item then it is an easily achievable piece . I also do this as a kit if you want to buy it all together instead on having to go hunting for the individual pieces, the kit includes everything- hanger, fabrics, fusible web, cord for washing line, even a handmade embellishment.
